Preparing For Your First Visit
Your initial visit to Banning Endodontics will start with a comprehensive evaluation by our endodontist, who will explain your diagnosis and treatment options. We will take radiographs (X-rays) of the affected tooth or teeth, in addition to any X-rays provided by your referring dentist. You will be informed about the diagnosis, prognosis, and available treatment options.
In many cases, endodontic treatment can be performed on the same day as your evaluation. If you prefer not to have treatment during your first visit, please let our staff know when scheduling your appointment.
We strive to maintain our schedule to minimize your waiting time. However, please understand that certain circumstances during treatment may extend the time required for a procedure. Additionally, emergency cases may impact our schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
To facilitate your visit, please bring the following:
- Referral slip from the referring dentist (dentist may also refer you online)
- Completed patient history form (available in the top right corner of this page)
- A list of all medications you are currently taking, including their dosages
- Identification card (i.e, driver’s license)
- Active insurance card (we’ll handle billing your insurance for you)
NOTICE FOR MINORS: Patients who under 18 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
